Super Clean and Convenient!

spacious room city center great smell

The rooms were spacious and always smelled amazing. Its location is fantastic. The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it easy to walk to many restaurants.

The internal walls aren't great at blocking sound. It was a little noisy at times.

The staff was helpful, they managed to arrange a taxi. The breakfast buffet had great food. I found everyone polite and very helpful at all times, especially when asking for directions.

friendly staff clean room

the location was very convenient to the city center only about a seven minute walk i liked that the staff was available at the reception desk all day and night. the room had a beautiful aesthetic it was also very clean.

the air conditioning unit made a loud noise it had to be turned off while i slept as a result the room got quite cold.

I found the location very convenient. It was near Wavel Castle, a significant landmark. Street parking was easy. I did not struggle to find a spot. The staff offered super helpful assistance .

central location spacious room helpful staff tasty breakfast

The location worked well, a mere ten-minute walk to the main square. the room offered a clean, spacious environment with a lovely bathroom. Even a fridge was provided. i particularly valued the 24-hour reception, as the staff helped me arrange tours. i found the breakfast tasty, providing many choices like eggs and cheese.

The hotel is near the historic center. Wawel castle is very close. i could easily explore everything on foot from this location. it, such a joy!

The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was great. rooms even have a shower and others have a bathtub. it was a wonderful haven after a long day. what a gift to relax in such a room!

acceptable stay, some issues noticed

great location modern style friendly staff thin wall disruptive noise handheld shower

the location was great. it was near many places i wanted to see. rooms have a modern style. the staff was friendly too.

the walls feel thin. i could hear noise from other guests at night. this make it difficult to sleep. the bathroom shower was not good, it was a hand held type.

separate bathrooms spacious room good connections

the family premium room included two separate bathrooms this was very convenient for our group the room was spacious and very clean i found many nearby bars and restaurants providing various dining options the hotel had good connections for trams , made getting around easy

i noticed a small additional charge for a requested toothpaste despite the hotel indicating complimentary toiletries
